These modalities are not generally intertwined, but depending on the clients needs, they are both beneficial.
As a Holistic Health Coach, I help guide my clients to make healthy food and life choices using my knowledge and intuition. We will work together to bring harmony and balance to your life by addressing what’s on (and off) your plate.
As a movement instructor, I encourage my students to speak their body's voice; the voice we sometimes ignore. Giving them permission to emote, express and explore the feelings and emotions that are alive and pulsating through them. Encouraging them, through these two avenues, to release what no longer serves in order to make space for what does.
