I'm not only a Holistic Health Coach, I'm a Movement Instructor. I help guide my clients to make healthy food and life decisions using my knowledge and intuition. I use movement to encourage them to speak their body's voice; the voice we sometimes ignore. Giving them permission to emote, express and explore the feelings and emotions that are alive and pulsating through them. Encouraging them, through these two avenues, to release what no longer serves in order to make space for what does.
